Goals

A few weeks back I decided to compile a list of miscellaneous goals that I want to accomplish throughout life. I'll post them on this separate page here, and update what I've accomplished on this blog as I get them done.

Admittedly, not all of the goals are entirely realistic; I basically wrote whatever came to mind in terms of things I would like to do at least once in my life.

My one big summer commitment is now over--I've got a week before school, haha... so I decided to do a bit of dancing last night, here are three of the vids I took:

Warm-Up Vid

Get-Down Vid

Just-For-Fun Vid

Haven't really been able to delve deep into the music... still working out the kinks on my movement--this is getting really tedious.. haha

~IT'S FORTUNE COOKIE TIME! [Again]~

An ironic (and quite awesome) fortune for those of you who know what I was up to yesterday, hahah.

Let's just hope, yeah?

  3. WOW!!! What a fortune cookie!!!

I like your goals list a lot. You're really ambitious but what sets you apart is that you actually try and reach for your goals and I really admire you for that.

HOW WAS P90X/INSANITY AND DID YOU SEE ANY RESULTS?!!?!?

Oh yeah...and I should probably shoot that segment of me closing the door on someone fairly soon haha.

  4. Okay and here's my response to your videos (not critique because I don't think I'm really in the position to critique anything) -

My FAVORITE one is actually the first one. I really like the different movements you used and it really kept my attention.

My second favorite was the first half of the 3rd one. Good use of the chair as a prop, although I think you should have used the blue one on the right instead.

The second video isn't bad but I think it especially needs some fine tuning when you're on the floor.

My least favorite was the second half of the last video. It started really slow so by the first few seconds I already lost interest.

Overall though, I think you're definitely improving. You're making better use of the floor space and you're getting more creative with your movements. For the first video especially I felt like your movements went along really well with the song. In fact, I think I'm going to go watch it again! :) Looking forward to more posts...hopefully at a competition sometime soon!
